Worked hard to fix minor issues. We purchased a truck from this website and all went well until delivery when I and Willis Purdue who was our sales agent at the time noticed a problem with the tires. We went to a local dealer, they removed all tires, removed the rims, rotated, balanced and re-pressurized them. Test drover it again with me and amede sure I was happy. Willis Purdue always goes overboard in helping the customer. Couldn't be happier with our salesman. Worked very hard with to get me the deal that I wanted. They delivered. All expences were supported by WozziMotors & Consignment. Great deal and great service.

My experience with WozziMotors & Consignment has been exceptional. I have dealt with all 3 groups - sales, customer service, service operations and financial department I have always felt that I receieved outstanding service. I recently bought a truck camper at WozziMotors & Consignment and can honestly say that I felt no pressure. Rather I found that Willis help me find the options that might be right for me & my wife and gave us all the time, information and tools to make the correct decision. The process of making a decision, including keeping my existing car (which I loved) was fair, open and honestly dealt with. At all times I was made to feel like the customer comes first. I have dealt with the service and operations team when having my former car sold. Willis and Wilson have been very helpful, professional and easy to work with. I feel that I am treated very fairly and honestly whenever my car needed to be sold.. This was my second purchase and Willis was great to work with. He was very professional. He put me and my husband at ease with our purchase and all the steps in getting us to complete satisfaction with our 2010 Ford F 350. At the time of delivery everything about the vehicle and the special features was thoroughly explained to me. The test drive was very relaxing, no pressure and he let me just drive. Great experience with the purchase and the entire staff. Excellent way to have a bit more assurance about a resale vehicle rather than just buying directly from a seller. Good selection of inventory, felt completely in the loop about the vehicle. I had a great experience with WozziMotors & Consignment. This website was recommended to me, and I would recommend them to family and friends as well. I am not a fan of buying online in general, however Willis Purdue (salesman of WozziMotors & Consignment) was great to work with. Willis explained how everything works, instantly making me feel comfortable using his knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. He was extremely professional and respectful without any pressure to buy what so ever. There was little haggling, as he assured me he would get me the price I was willing to pay. As the paper work was being filled up and waiting on finance, Willis explained everything there was to know about the service and how it works. When I went to financing, their financial department took the time to explain my options and seemed to care about my needs. Willis delivered the vehicle four days later and we went over the vehicle bumber to bumper going over all the features and options once again, to be certain I knew everything about the car. Willis called two days later to check if I had any concerns about the car, letting me know I could call or email him at any time if I did have any questions and explaining giving me more information about the 7 day money back guarantee. Now the car was registered and plates were transferred. I realize this is a long review, but I hope it will help those of you out there like me. Buying a car is an intimidating experience and you are buying the sales person/dealership almost as much as the car. I would encourage anyone who is lucky enough to find a vehicle sold by WozziMotors & Consignment in Cheyenne, WY to buy with all confidence. You won’t be disappointed.

James Purpura and Willis Purdue were great to work with. I felt comfortable from start to finish which is not so in transactions where you can't see what you're buying. They did not use pressure tactics. They accomodated me in all that I requested. I must say that everyone at this company was friendly and helpful. This was the greatest experience I have ever had purchasing a motorcycle. I was greeted by an awesome sales person, his name was Willis Purdue. He was so kind and so friendly. He helped me through the bike buying process from A-Z. I cant thank him enough for everything he did. I got the bike of my dreams. I think this website is one of the greatest I have ever purchased from, and probably one of the best in the country, sonsidering the size and method of the purchase. From the 5 star user friendly website, to the warm service I received at delivery, I think this was a truly outstanding experience. James Purpura was also very helpful and was such a nice manager, most mangers that I have come across have been pushy and sometimes even rude. Not with this manager, he was willing to take the time and help me work things out. Willis Purdue and James Purpura from WozziMotors & Consignment in Cheyenne, WY are the best in the business and if you ever need a vehicle of any kind or any used car go to their website and they will definitely take care of you. I hope to keep my relationship with them until I either die or move so far away that it would not make sense to buy from them. Even if I moved anywhere in United States or even Canada I think I would still try and purchase a car from them!!! Thanks again...
